  • How long until my order is completed?
    • Production time varies dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to the number of items ordered and the difficulty of design. Approximate production time is listed at the top of the page. If you need your items by a certain date please email or message me via Facebook or Instagram prior to ordering to see if I can accommodate your request.
  • Will I be notified when my order ships?
    • You will receive an email at the email provided at checkout once your order is completed and shipped.
  • How do I care for my cup? 
    • Cups are hand wash only, not dishwasher safe. Not microwavable. Do not soak. Do not drop! Avoid extreme temperatures. Handle with care. 
  • Can I put hot and cold beverages in my tumbler?
    • Yes! Every cup I use is a double walled stainless-steel tumbler. It can be used for both hot and cold beverages.
    • What is my cup coated in?
      • Each cup is sealed with an FDA compliant food grade epoxy to protect your design.
  • Where can I follow more of your work on social media?

Refund policy 

No refunds or returns. Order sales are final unless in the case where an item was received damaged. You have 3 days from delivery to initiate a refund with us.

  • To be eligible for a refund/return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
  • Please ensure all spelling is correct on your order. The CupSmith is not responsible for spelling mistakes made by the customer.
Damages and issues

Every item made receives copious amounts of love and attention. However, due to the handmade nature of these items, some slight imperfections are unavoidable, these are not machine made items. 

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be placed the SAME DAY as the tumbler was ordered or they will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Lost Package Policy

  • Customer is responsible for filing any claims for lost/stolen/damaged packages from the post office. All packages are sent via USPS with package insurance.
